Complications

Because kuding is a cooling herb, it should be avoided during pregnancy and breast feeding.
Avoid if you are very sensitive to caffeine (though it contains caffeine in less amounts than normal tea).
Avoid if you have low blood pressure.
Avoid 1 month before and after surgery.

Directions

Take 1 tea bag, 1 or 2 times daily.
Steep 1 tea bag with 300-500ml boiling water for 3 minutes. (Longer than 3 minutes may be too bitter.) The tea bag can be used 2x.
Store in a cool, dark and dry place.
